Women’s Choice Center

The Women's Choice Center in the Quad Cities offers free and confidential support for women dealing with unexpected or unsupported pregnancies. Our services include pregnancy testing, ultrasound confirmation, options counseling (including information about medical abortion), as well as education and support services like pregnancy support, sexual health education, abortion recovery, and community referrals — all provided at no cost.
